What happens if I hit the AI usage cap?

When you reach the monthly token cap, AI features pause until the next billing month and return a clear "monthly cap reached" message. Non-AI features (charts, appointments, invoices, voice transcription) keep working as normal. The cap is set high enough for routine single-dentist clinical use.

Is there a free plan?

No. We start every clinic with a live demo so you see the workflow on real screens first. After the demo we set up your account and you try Orelis with your own patients before you commit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from inside your account. Monthly plans keep access through the end of the paid month. Yearly plans get a prorated refund of the unused months, processed by bank transfer.

What about patient confidentiality?

Patient records are encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per practice, and every change is audit-logged. We never use patient data to train AI models, and only your team has access to your records.
