If you're writing about a specific issue inside the app, mention your practice name and the email you signed up with. For everything else, a sentence or two of context is enough, we'll follow up with the right person.

Use the Contact supportoption in your profile menu (top right of any page once you're signed in). It opens a quick form that lands in the same inbox, with your practice context attached so we can help faster.

Hours

Our team is based in El Salvador (Central Time, UTC-6). We monitor the inbox Monday through Friday during business hours and check it on weekends for urgent issues. Most messages get a real reply within one business day.

Reporting a security issue

If you think you've found a security vulnerability in Orelis, please email contact@zoniteai.com with the details and a way to reproduce. We take responsible disclosure seriously and won't take action against good-faith reporters.
