Hours
Our team is based in El Salvador (Central Time, UTC-6). We monitor the inbox Monday through Friday during business hours and check it on weekends for urgent issues. Most messages get a real reply within one business day.

If you think you've found a security vulnerability in Orelis, please email contact@zoniteai.com with the details and a way to reproduce. We take responsible disclosure seriously and won't take action against good-faith reporters.
